If you would like to attend the Friday Mixer please only register for Friday.
If you would like to attend both the Friday Mixer and the Saturday Themed Event, please only register via the Saturday link on THEEXCHANGEEVENT.COM site and select “WEEKEND” under the length of stay.

TAKE SPECIAL NOTE: This is the price for blocked rooms that is only valid until 5pm CST. the WED. prior to the event through our website registration. If you do not RSVP through our site, you will be charged the regular nightly fee by the hotel.
We encourage you to decorate your hotel room door and/or room!
(Please be mindful and do not use nails, tacks or anything that will create damage to hotel property and clean up before you leave or incidentals may be charged to you by the hotel!)
Hotel Rooms:
ATTENTION: CUT OFF FOR RSVP'S WILL BE AT 5PM cst. THE WEDNESDAY PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
IF YOU HAVE NOT RSVP'D BY THIS DAY & TIME, ROOMS WILL BE ASSIGNED BY THE HOTEL ONLY, NOT THE EXCHANGE.
If you require a room for one day or the entire weekend YOU MUST RSVP for an event via THEEXCHANGEEVENT.COM site and select the desired day and room type. The rooms are assigned on a first come first served basis, meaning timestamp of registration, a 2 night stay first, then the single night stay. Any last-minute attendees that did not rsvp for the event prior to the cut off will be assigned a room based on availability by the hotel. After clicking the "submit" button, you will immediately receive a "thank you for registering" email.
Room numbers will be emailed to the email address provided on the RSVP form so please be sure it is entered correctly. We are not responsible for misdirected emails! Upon arrival at the hotel, please provide your name and room number to the front desk during check in.
Reminder: Rooms are assigned based on timestamp for registration and 2 night stays first on our THEEXCHANGEEVENT.COM site. Remaining 1 night stays are handled in timestamp order. Any attendees that did not rsvp for the event will be assigned a room based on availability upon arrival.
CANCELLATIONS: THE EXCHANGE ONLY ACCEPTS A CANCELLATION FOR YOUR RSVP REGARDING HOTEL ROOMS VIA EMAIL UP TO 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE EVENT (NO TEXTS OR MESSAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED)
Please note: a no show, continuous or no cancellation per our policy will reflect on your membership standing for future events.
Event Check In:
Check in/Registration for event membership is required to receive your wristband for the evening or weekend. Check in will open approximately a half hour before the event is scheduled to begin in the hotel atrium.
WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES DURING EVENTS.
Event non-disclosure & single male policy (where applicable) agreement is required to be completed once annually.
Pizzeria UNO on site at the hotel for Chicago-style pizza along with pasta, & burgers!
Heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room available for use. (clothing required during daytime hours, nudity allowed during event and after party).
Dress Code:
Theme participation is requested but never required. Please note that dress to impress is always preferred by our members.
Coolers:
You are allowed to bring a cooler in all areas during the event, including the atrium and banquet area. All our events are BYOB, but we do offer ice, water and mixers.
Smoking:
Smoking is allowed on the premises, but only in the outside designated area.
Nudity Rules:
Nudity is completely optional on both Friday mixer evenings and the Saturday themed event within the atrium, banquet room, play areas and pool/hot tub/steam room/sauna area. ***No nudity will be permitted in public areas such as the lobby and main entrance hallway or outside anytime***
Please bring a robe or covering to wear in any public areas.
Cel Phone Policy:
While cel phones are not prohibited during our events, we do ask you to use your best judgment on when to use your phone as some of our attendees prefer to be discreet. If you are found to be abusing this privilege you will be escorted from the venue and will be permanently banned from attending any other event.
